Liquid-Cooled Charging Cables

The Cryolink 500 is a high-performance DC fast-charging cable engineered to meet the demanding high-power charging requirements of electric vehicles, vessels, and other applications. Featuring advanced liquid-cooling technology, the cable effectively dissipates heat during charging to maintain low operating temperatures and stable performance even at output up to 500 kW / 500 A, providing a safer and more reliable charging experience.

The core of the Cryolink 500 is its internal liquid-cooling circulation system, which effectively addresses heat buildup caused by high current and significantly reduces thermal stress on the charging connector, cable, and charging station components. The cable body is made of high-temperature-resistant materials paired with an optimized liquid-cooling structure, keeping temperature rise below 30°C while providing excellent resistance to oil, water, acids and alkalis, UV exposure, crushing, and bending. Compared with conventional cables, the Cryolink 500 is nearly 50% lighter, making it easier to handle while reducing installation and maintenance complexity.
