Share Transfer Procedures

Shareholders who hold the Company’s shares and have not yet completed share transfer registration are requested to complete the registration in person at the Company’s Shareholder Services Department by 5:00 p.m. on August 17, 2023.

For registered mail submissions, the postmark date of August 17, 2023 (the final transfer registration date) shall prevail.

For shareholders who participate in centralized share custody with the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC), share transfer registration will be carried out automatically by the Company’s Shareholder Services Department based on the information provided by TDCC.

Other Matters

Cash dividends are scheduled to be distributed on September 20, 2023, by means of bank transfer, registered mail check, or in-person collection at the Company’s Shareholder Services Department.

Dividend amounts shall be calculated to the nearest New Taiwan Dollar. Amounts less than one dollar shall be rounded down, and the aggregate fractional amounts will be allocated to the Company’s Employee Welfare Committee. Bank transfer fees and postal charges shall be deducted from shareholders’ dividend payments.
