Notice of 2025 Cash Dividend Distribution

Basis

This distribution is conducted in accordance with the Company Act, the Securities and Exchange Act, and the resolutions adopted at the Company’s Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 28, 2025.

Stock Transfer Suspension Period

From September 11, 2025 to September 15, 2025

  2. Ex-Dividend Information – Common Shares: A cash dividend of NTD 1.00 per share(i.e., NTD 1,000 per 1,000 shares) Total cash dividend amount: NTD 735,900,000
  3. Record Date for Entitlement: September 15, 2025
  4. Cash Dividend Payment Date: October 16, 2025

Share Transfer Procedures

Shareholders who hold the Company’s shares and have not yet completed share transfer registration are requested to complete the transfer procedures in person at the Company’s Shareholder Services Department before 5:00 p.m. on September 10, Year 2025.

For share transfers submitted by registered mail, the postmark date of September 10, Year 2025 (the final transfer date) shall prevail.

For shareholders who participate in centralized custody through the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC), the Company’s Shareholder Services Department will complete the transfer procedures based on the information provided by TDCC.

Other Matters

The cash dividend is scheduled to be distributed on October 16, 2025, and will be paid by bank remittance, registered check by mail, or collection in person at the Company’s Shareholder Services Department.

Cash dividends shall be calculated to the nearest dollar, with any fractional amounts below one dollar rounded down. The aggregate amount of fractional remainders shall be transferred to the Company’s Employee Welfare Committee. Remittance fees and postal charges will be deducted from the shareholders’ dividends.
