Copper
Copper offers excellent electrical conductivity and stability, making it widely used as a conductor material for power and signal transmission.
Key Features
Hard-Drawn Copper Wire
Hard-drawn single copper wire is produced by cold drawing 8 mm copper rods. It features high tensile strength and is suitable for overhead transmission lines, distribution lines, and building wiring conductors.

SCR Copper Rod
High-purity continuous copper rods are produced using specially selected high-purity electrolytic copper cathodes, with strict control of impurity content to ensure uniform and consistent rod quality. During the manufacturing process, the copper rods are exposed to air for an extremely short period, resulting in a thin oxide layer with uniformly distributed oxygen and a fine, stable crystalline structure. After undergoing special cleaning and anti-oxidation treatments, the surfaces of the copper rods become smooth, effectively reducing wear and consumption of wire-drawing dies.
High-purity copper rods are processed at elevated temperatures during rolling, resulting in a soft material condition that lowers the required power of rough drawing machines. The continuous, joint-free design reduces the risk of wire breakage and is well suited for large-scale production, significantly improving production efficiency and stability.
